Re-engagement helps you reconnect with contacts who’ve gone quiet and shows how well those efforts are working.
Set your view
Section titled “Set your view”Choose a date range, a channel, and a dormant threshold — the number of days without activity after which a contact is considered dormant. The metrics update to match.
Read the metrics

- Performance summary — enrollments, reply rate, conversion rate, and attributed revenue, plus a weekly trend.
- Campaign performance — sent, open, click, and conversion rates with delivery failures.
- Contact status — how many contacts are active, dormant, or re-engaged.
- Sequence funnel — how contacts flow through each step of your sequences.
