Re-engagement

Re-engagement helps you reconnect with contacts who’ve gone quiet and shows how well those efforts are working.

Choose a date range, a channel, and a dormant threshold — the number of days without activity after which a contact is considered dormant. The metrics update to match.

Re-engagement reporting covers:

  • Performance summary — enrollments, reply rate, conversion rate, and attributed revenue, plus a weekly trend.
  • Campaign performance — sent, open, click, and conversion rates with delivery failures.
  • Contact status — how many contacts are active, dormant, or re-engaged.
  • Sequence funnel — how contacts flow through each step of your sequences.

Top-performing campaigns and sequences are ranked so you can see which outreach brings dormant contacts back most effectively.
