Prompt & Persona

The prompt and persona define who your agent is and how it speaks. You set a persona name, language, tone, and the instructions that govern its behavior — so every reply sounds like your business.

  • Persona — the agent’s name and the role it plays in conversations.
  • Tone and writing style — pick a style (for example formal, casual, or match-brand) and describe your brand voice in your own words.
  • Language — the language the agent writes in.
  • Instructions — the rules that tell the agent what to do and what to avoid.
  • Business rules — limits the agent must respect, such as escalation keywords, prohibited topics, and operating hours.

You don’t script individual replies. You shape these building blocks, and the agent applies them to every conversation.
