Funnel

The Funnel view shows how conversations move through the stages of your customer journey, where they convert, and where they drop off.

Filter by date range, channel, and campaign, then review:

  • Summary cards — total conversations, the stage with the highest drop-off, and your overall funnel conversion rate.
  • Stage breakdown — a table and visual funnel listing each stage with its conversation count, conversion to the next stage, drop-off count, and median and average time spent in the stage.
  • Channel comparison — funnel performance side by side across channels, including revenue, deals, average value, cost per acquisition, and ROI.
  • Win/loss — won vs. lost counts, win rate, and the most common exit stage.
  • Operator performance — how individual team members move conversations through the funnel.

Look for the stage with the largest drop-off — that is where the most conversations stall. Compare channels to see which sources convert best.
