The Instagram channel connects your Instagram account so customer messages land in your unified Inbox, where your AI agent can respond.
What it enables
Section titled “What it enables”- Two-way messaging with customers through your connected Instagram account.
- Per-account control: enable each connected account for messaging or marketing.
- Connect more than one Instagram account to the same workspace.
Connecting it
Section titled “Connecting it”Connect Instagram from your workspace settings under the Instagram channel. Connecting uses an authorization flow that links your Instagram account and grants the access needed to send and receive messages.
After connecting, incoming Instagram messages appear in the Inbox as conversations alongside your other channels.
