Staying Organized
Three tools help you keep the Inbox under control: tags for labeling and filtering, snippets for fast replies, and closing notes for recording outcomes.
Tags are colored labels you can apply to conversations and contacts. Create your tag catalog in settings, give each a name and color, and apply them to organize and filter your Inbox. Each tag shows how many conversations and contacts use it.
Saved snippets
Section titled “Saved snippets”Snippets are reusable replies you can insert in seconds. Each snippet has a short
name, content, and optional topics, and can carry attachments. While composing a
reply, type / followed by the snippet name to search and insert it. Manage your
snippets in settings.
Closing notes
Section titled “Closing notes”When you close a conversation, you can record a closing note: a category (such as the outcome) plus a short summary. You can write the summary yourself or generate one automatically from the conversation. Closing categories are configured in settings, where one can be set as the default.
