Channels overview
Conversation channels are the messaging services your customers use to reach you. Every conversation channel routes its conversations into one unified Inbox, where your AI agent replies.
How channels are managed
Section titled “How channels are managed”Channels live on your agent’s configuration map — the same place tools and knowledge are wired in. Open AI Agents in the sidebar, then follow the Connect channels link to open the map. Your channels appear on the right side, each showing whether it’s connected. Select any channel to open its settings.
Supported channels
Section titled “Supported channels”Additional conversation channels — Telegram and Haraj — can also be connected from the configuration map.
Publishing accounts (Marketing)
Section titled “Publishing accounts (Marketing)”TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, and Pinterest are publishing accounts for Marketing, not conversation channels. You can connect them from the configuration map to publish content, but their conversations do not reach the Inbox and your AI agent does not reply on them.
Connecting one
Section titled “Connecting one”- Open AI Agents in the sidebar, then select Connect channels.
- Select the channel you want from the right side of the map.
- Follow that channel’s connection steps, then save.
See Connect your first channel for the full walkthrough.
