Channels are the messaging services your customers use to reach you. Connect a channel and its conversations flow into your Inbox, where your AI agent can respond.

Kasbly can connect channels including:

  • WhatsApp (with message templates)
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • SMS
  • Email
  • Website widget — a chat widget embedded on your site
  • Telephony / voice

Additional channels (Telegram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat) may be available depending on your plan and setup.

  1. You connect a channel from your workspace settings.
  2. Incoming messages appear in the Inbox as conversations.
