The Analytics area shows how your workspace is performing — from AI agent quality to your sales funnel and marketing results.

What you can track

Section titled “What you can track”
  • AI performance — how well the agent is handling conversations.
  • Funnel — how conversations progress through your customer journey.
  • Revenue — outcomes tied to your conversations and deals.
  • Lead scoring — which contacts are most promising.
  • Marketing — how your content and campaigns perform.
  • Quality review — review and rate conversation quality.
  • Surveys — feedback collected from customers.
