Website Widget
The Website Widget is an embeddable chat widget you add to your site. Visitors can start a live chat or reach you through your other connected channels, and conversations flow into your unified Inbox.
What it enables
Section titled “What it enables”- A live web chat handled by your AI agent, available directly in the widget.
- Quick links to your other channels (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email), with the order you choose.
- Appearance controls: primary color, launcher position, greeting message, and an optional “powered by” branding line.
- UTM attribution and a generated embed snippet to drop into your site.
Connecting it
Section titled “Connecting it”Configure the widget from your workspace settings under the Website channel, then copy the generated embed code into your site’s HTML. Channels that require a connection (like WhatsApp and Instagram) only appear once their channel is connected; web chat and email are always available.
Conversations started in the widget appear in the Inbox like any other channel.
