Deals
Deals are the sales opportunities you’re working on. Each deal is tied to a contact and moves through a pipeline of stages, so you can see what’s in progress and where it stands at a glance.
The pipeline
Section titled “The pipeline”Deals are organized into pipeline stages. You can view them as a Kanban board (one column per stage) or as a List. As a deal progresses, it advances from one stage to the next until it’s won or lost.
Pipeline metrics
Section titled “Pipeline metrics”The Deals page summarizes your pipeline with a few headline numbers:
- Total Deals — how many deals are in the pipeline.
- Conversion Rate — the share of deals that convert.
- Average Deal Duration — how long deals typically take to move through.
Filtering deals
Section titled “Filtering deals”Open the filters to narrow the board by the assigned operator or by a minimum and maximum deal value, so you can focus on a specific slice of your pipeline.
Creating deals
Section titled “Creating deals”You create a deal from a contact’s record on the Contacts page.
