Deals

Deals are the sales opportunities you’re working on. Each deal is tied to a contact and moves through a pipeline of stages, so you can see what’s in progress and where it stands at a glance.

Deals are organized into pipeline stages. You can view them as a Kanban board (one column per stage) or as a List. As a deal progresses, it advances from one stage to the next until it’s won or lost.

The Deals page summarizes your pipeline with a few headline numbers:

  • Total Deals — how many deals are in the pipeline.
  • Conversion Rate — the share of deals that convert.
  • Average Deal Duration — how long deals typically take to move through.

Open the filters to narrow the board by the assigned operator or by a minimum and maximum deal value, so you can focus on a specific slice of your pipeline.

You create a deal from a contact’s record on the Contacts page.

  • Contacts — every deal is tied to a contact.
  • Lead Scoring — rank contacts by how promising they are.
  • Analytics — see how your pipeline performs over time.
