Personas

Personas describe the audiences you’re speaking to and the voice you use with them. They guide the content Studio and the Planner generate on your behalf.

Create a persona

Section titled “Create a persona”

Select New Persona and give it a name. You can also set details such as a speaking style, a niche focus, and presentation options to shape how content sounds when this persona is selected.

Activate and manage

Section titled “Activate and manage”

Each persona can be toggled active or inactive, so you control which ones are available when generating content. The summary at the top shows how many personas you have and how many are active. Edit or delete personas as your audiences evolve.
