The AI agent answers using your knowledge base, the persona and instructions you’ve set, and the context of the current conversation. It draws on the reference material you’ve provided rather than inventing answers, so keeping your knowledge base accurate is the best way to improve its replies. See AI Agent overview.

Can I take over a conversation from the AI agent?

Yes. You can step in on any conversation at any time. Once you take over (a handoff), the AI agent stops replying on that thread until you hand it back. See Conversations.

Kasbly brings messages from multiple channels into one Inbox. You connect each channel you want to use from Settings → Channels. See Channels overview for the full list and Connect a channel to set one up.

Billing and usage are managed in your workspace settings, where you can review your plan and current usage. See Settings overview.
